Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
What you will need:
Mix 1 box Chocolate Fudge Cake Mix
1/2 cup oil
2 eggs
Andes Mints
Mix 1 box of cake mix with 1/2 cup of oil and 2 eggs. The batter will be very thick. Roll teaspoon size balls of dough and put on a ungreased cookie sheet. ( I used my pampered chef stone and it worked great). Bake for 7-8 minutes. When the cookies come out of the oven put a Andes Mint on the top of each one. Then return to the oven for 3 mins or until the Mint is melted completely. When the mint has melted, swirl it around with a knife and let cool. I sometimes pop a couple in the fridge and keep them there. They are really good cold!
